What is HomeSway?
HomeSway is a private matching platform that lets you experiment with your listing price, commissions, and terms, then connect with licensed agents who are interested in your specific deal structure.
Is HomeSway a real estate broker?
No. HomeSway is a technology platform. We are not a broker and we do not represent you in a sale. When you decide to work with an agent, your relationship and listing agreement are directly with that agent and their brokerage.
Will agents see my full address and contact information?
Not at first. Agents initially see only an approximate location and deal terms. Your full address and contact details are only shared after you accept an agent inside HomeSway.
Are your valuations and days-on-market estimates guaranteed?
No. All fair market value, net proceeds, and days-on-market estimates are data-driven predictions only. They are provided for guidance and are not guarantees of any sale price or timeframe.
Do I have to work with an agent I match with?
No. You stay in control. You can review agent profiles, meet with them, and decide whether you want to sign a listing agreement. If it doesn’t feel right, you can decline and match with someone else.
